The Day After
Soooooooooooooooooo...
I made it through the first day in one piece. Really! I didn't even have a binge attack.
Today was actually a bit harder.
So I'm not going to think about it anymore tonight. Baby steps.

Congrats, Robin. Baby steps indeed! My DC quit after 20+ years of smoking. He just put it in his mind that he's "done". He wants nothing more to do with it. He gets the urges to strangle the shit (as he says) out of someone (namely me... LOL) & after a few minutes, the urge passes.

The Oz/Lion girl cracked us up; we must have rewound and played her honking on camera at least 4 times. Ya have to admit, if you're in a crowded restaurant trying to get the waitress' attention, that would come in handy. lol
